The ideal applicant will have a clear focus on quality, awareness of high standards, a desire to impress and an eye for detail. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume, quality restaurants and brasseries, you must be passionate about good service and customer care. In return, we offer meals on duty, generous rates of pay, 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays).
