Salary: up to £30,000 pending experienceOur client, a busy Brasserie situated in South West London, is looking to recruit a talented Brasserie Restaurant Manager for its growing business and trade. The venue serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and also has an extensive wine and cocktail menu.
- As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for daily operations of the venue, including Bar and Restaurant service. The Restaurant Manager is a key role at the venue, you are the link with the public and the team and will help create the first impression.
This Restaurant is Iconic in the local area for its quality food and service as well as its relaxed atmosphere. This is a fantastic brand that will grow over the next few years, creating excellent opportunities for progression.
The ideal candidates will possess the following skills, qualities and experience:
- Confidence: you will be the face of the restaurant every time someone comes in
- The ability to multi skill as every day is different.
- Time Management: no two days are the same, you have rotas, stock ordering and often events to organise
- Composure as this is a fast pace environment.
- A strong knowledge of P&L and good financial understanding.
- Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a Brasserie or Gastro Pub
- Ideally live close to South West London
- A ‘Can-do’ attitude as the owner believes nothing is impossible
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to run a large team
