Volunteer Jobs in London UK 2011
All you need is a good listening ear and regular internet access. Once you are trained we don't ask for a set commitment, just that you can give 1 - 2 hours a week to help others from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you.
There are over 900,000 young people in the UK who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) and trying to find their way in life. If you are one of them, or you are looking to do volunteer work to add to your skills and experiences, then this training is for you.
From the comfort of your PC and at a time that suits you, you can really help other young people change their lives, and also get help and support yourself.
ReSync.org is a pioneering, safe social networking site which supports young people who want to get back on track, with trained mentors, counsellors and advisors. It's a great site, with heaps of information, a live chat room, advice, and videos. Why not check it out now? www.resync.org
This could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! You can be part of a national programme, which will have a huge impact on young people across the UK, whilst gaining valuable experience for your CV.
The training lasts for 1 day, and the next takes place on Saturday May 28th. Full training is given, and for those 18 and over, a free CRB check is also provided.
For more information and to apply for this training please email your full name, date of birth, location (nearest town or city) and contact details to us
