We offer an exciting opportunity, in the prime London property market, for someone to set up a new department dealing with corporate and City tenants.
This vacancy will suit either an experienced negotiator, with a record of success and preferably ARLA qualification, or a talented individual looking to move into prime London property from another challenging industry, especially law, investment banking or marketing.
For this role the emphasis will be on sourcing and winning new business and you will need to be pro-active with good organisational skills. We look for individuals with integrity, with a hunger to excel and who have the professionalism and polish to deal with people at the top end of the market. We expect our negotiators to be well above average in educational qualification; most of our current staff have masters degrees or professional qualifications in accountancy / law.
Our company is an established specialist estate agency covering prime central London areas, in particular, Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Belgravia. We offer incentivised remuneration designed to reward your achievement and contribution to business growth, including a competitive basic salary and progressive commission.
