General Assistant Paddington Jobs in London 2011
The hours are 6.30am till 3.00pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch-break (8 hours per day). This is a full time position so not suitable for part time work or students with morning or early afternoon restrictions.
This position consist or two parts. The first part is working in our busy breakfast room serving customers, taking orders, serving food clearing dirty plates & dishes and servicing the buffet.
The second part consists of cleaning the hotel bedrooms to a very high standard. This includes making beds cleaning bathrooms & toilets, hovering & dusting.
Salary of £5.93 per hour.
20 days plus 8 Statutory Bank Holidays, (pro rata for part time staff)
Uniform provided.
Candidates must be able to/or have:
- To work for long periods on their feet
- Good Standard of Spoken English
- Lift and carry loads of up to 5 kg
- Demonstrate great customer service and ensure personal presentation creates good first impressions
- To have high personal standards for cleaning
