The training
The Learning and Development team work closely with line managers to ensure training is thorough. Training is done both on the desk and in the classroom, in group and individual forms. It encompasses all aspects of the recruitment cycle and continues throughout your career.
The individual
We are currently seeking either graduate or graduate calibre individuals with a level of commercial or sales experience looking for a rewarding career. We have a number of openings for entry level candidates, including those looking for a fast-track career.
Salaries start at £24k, with basic’s rising dependent on performance. On average you will earn £40k-50k first Year OTE, second year £60-80kOTE, third year in excess of £100k OTE.
