Job Role
We are currently looking for passionate Waiters to join our busy café at the East Dulwich Deli at the Urban Retreat, Harrods.
The role requires attentiveness, the ability to work in a fast paced café environment (the magic is to make it look effortless and graceful!), enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service.
We have a team of super-stars (with an inherent teamwork ethos) but are looking for our next VIP to join our team.
The Candidate
- Be a hard working person with a can do attitude
- Prior knowledge of Harrods, Urban Retreat, East Dulwich Deli will be an advantage
- You MUST have experience working in a busy restaurant
- Have good communication skills
- Be customer focused
- Be passionate about real wholesome food
- NVQ qualifications ( or equivalent) in Customer Service in Hospitality of Food Preparation will be an advantage
