- Building Maintenance
- general Health and Safety
- proficient on e-mail, excel and word.
the candidate will be required to have 3 yrs or more experience in breakdown and remedial work, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience of working with commercial refrigeration, pumps, valves, cooking equipment is advantageous.
Responsible for analysing utility bills and working with suppliers
