We’re looking for a Supervisor to support the Store Manager by leading a small team of staff in the day to day operation of a world class food and retail business. You’ll be inspiring, leading and setting a great example for your team, ensuring each shift runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service. You'll also train, motivate and manage the performance of your team.
To be good at this you'll need to have lead teams in the past and be really passionate about good food and great service. You'll need excellent communication skills and be able to really engage with your team to get the best out of them.
You must have the right to work legally in the UK to be considered for this role.
The role will be for 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7 and weekend work is a regular part of the role so you’ll need to be flexible.
