The role invloves acting as the main point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and members of the public, so it is essential that the successful candidate is articulate with strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet a range of challenging demands in a busy office environment. The role may involve occasional cover for the patient reception.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an articulate communicater.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality within the medical sector.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Working hours are 9am to 6pm with a salary in region of £18,000 per annum based on experience.
