The Role:
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast - paced and exciting and very rewarding. You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing new business opportunities and developing long lasting relationships with your own clients.
- Growing a network of candidates, identifying and managing their career aspirations. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- This includes interviewing your candidates, selling new opportunities and negotiating on terms of business with your clients.
They have a database of candidates that has been increasing rapidly for 25 years and with resources and expertise to deliver on all jobs and one of the most lucrative commission structures in the industry, the opportunity to earn and develop your career has never been more appealing.
