The Security Guard will be medically fit, physically capable and have the ability to concentrate for long periods. The organisation is looking for very presentable, outgoing and client focussed individuals "to go one step further" in ensuring a service above and beyond the basic security guard role so someone with good customer service skills will be a huge advantage. They must be able to qualify to be cleared to a Security Clearance security vetting level. Work flexibility is necessary as the role may involve shifts and will require work outside normal hours including weekends. Applications from ex-military/police/defence candidates are very strongly encouraged.
Essential Requirements:
- You will need to be medically fit and physically capable and have the ability to concentrate for long periods
- Excellent people management skills with a focus on ensuring the customer/client needs are catered for
- Work flexibility is essential, as it involves shifts and work outside of normal working hours
What skills are we looking for?
You will need to be physically capable to carry out the duties of a Security Guard at this well established company guarding a prestigious location. A working knowledge of physical security techniques and practices would be a great advantage.
