The Australasian Talent Company is a central London based Business Support Agency. We are a boutique and are specialist, but as a part of the Talent2 Group, we have the backing and support of one of the world’s leading recruitment businesses.
The Australasian Talent Company is well respected in the London market and has developed its reputation over the last 20 years. The London recruitment industry is rapidly improving – The Australasian Talent Company is looking to capitalise on this rebound and grow their temporary division.
The role will cover all facets of recruitment, from building a desk to developing long term relationships. We are very much a service driven agency and pride ourselves on our results. The new temp consultant will work as part of a close knit team, with training and support, but no micro management.
Essential experience would include:
- At least 2 years recruitment experience running a busy temp desk
- Experience of building a desk from scratch with non-PSL accounts
- Experience recruiting at a fast pace and relatively high volume roles – business support or part-qualified accounting for example
- Excellent results in current role
Attitude is key – we are looking for someone with excellent sales ability, a great customer service ethic and with demonstrable achievements in past roles. A strong financial record and stable background will also be vital to this role.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you will have the right to work in the UK for at least two years – we are happy to consider applicants at the start of their youth mobility visa. After two years, for the right person, sponsorship opportunities could exist, depending on current immigration law.
