French Speaking Collector Jobs in London 2011
The purpose of this role is to recover overdue accounts for debtors along with providing a professional image to all clients at all times.
The ideal candidate will be driven and be a team player who has an excellent in depth knowledge of credit control and sales ledger processes, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the collections industry. The successful applicant will have great communications skills, and be able to communicate concisely both verbally and written.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Collect outstanding debt
- Follow pre defined processes for collections and effectively negotiate when appropriate
- Ensure that all accounts are progressed and escalated within given time scales
- Monitor all litigation activities
- Maintain and update the database
It is essential that all applicants are seeking temporary work, can speak fluent French and have a proven understanding of the collections industry.
