This is for a Early Years class teacher starting in Reception for the last half of the Summer Term (if possible) and moving with the children into Year 1 from Sept 2011.
This is a temporary position covering maternity leave beginning either 6th June or 1st Sept
Ideally you will have :
- An excellent classroom practitioner in Foundation/ KS 1 with first class behaviour and classroom management skills
- The ability to make accurate and informed assessment to track children's progress, achievement and development
- An approachable, kind and caring manner
- Good time management
- A commitment to promoting school improvement and raising standards
- Passion and dedication to the profession
- Able to prioritise the well being and safety of the children in their care regardless of their ethnic and cultural or social background
- A commitment to provide inclusive and enriching educational experience
